How do I start using your services?You can contact us via phone, email or enquiry form on the website. We will send our introductory email along with price quotes for you to review. If you are happy with the offering, we will schedule your meeting with our Team Leader & Virtual Assistant at your convenience on the communication platform of your choice (Usually Skype, Zoom). You can get to know your team in the meeting. We will send you the final agreement after the meeting, if you are happy to proceed return the signed copy back to us as your willingness to proceed. The service will start soon after.

What do you need to start the service?Immediate Requirements: 1. Signed Agreement. Completed loan information sheet (in case of transactonal service) 2. Login IDs to your CRM, AOL, lender systems, document storage & any other systems. Not Immediate Requirements, but needed later: 3. Your company email with signature lines for our VA. It is not needed if you want to us work in the background. 4. Your contact details (lender & BDM). If already in CRM, very good. No worries. 5. Your process flow, chekclist if any to be followed.

What is the notice period for terminating the service?There is no notice period during 30 day trail offer. You can terminate when ever you feel to discontinue. However after this period, we would have to be intimated with an official email from your company & you will need us 30 days of time in case if you want to discontinue due to any reasons. During the notice period we will continue to provide our best service to you & all the payments have to be cleared on or before the last day of sercvice. There is no notice period under transactional service. You can use our service as & when required.

What about privacy & security of my data?We use Cyber security systems with network protection, firewalls, file protection licenced by top security system providers which maintains the safety of our systems & network. In addition to this we operate in cloud based environment which serves as safe medium for transferring & storing data. Our employess are bound by employment agreement has a NDA Clause. We are also putting all the efforts to improve our business security system constantly to fight against the latest threats. Happy to listen to your suggestion as well.

What is transactional service? Is there any minimum volume requirement?Transactioanl service is deal to deal service where you can send your deals to us and we do the processing & tracking respectively as required by you. No there is no minimum volume requirement for this service. You can use our service as required by you.

What are the CRM system you use?We will be using your CRM systems. So we would need a new login created for us to operate your CRM along with you. Our Virtual Assistant can find their way through any CRMs, not a problem for us. We believe all the CRMs have same purpose but the layout and user interface may be different which can be learnt through training videos in a day or so. We are particularly experinced in Mercury, Infinity, Podium, FLEX.

Can we have our Internal process followed on our CRM?Yes offcourse under both of our service we can & will work according to your process. We will however recomend suggestion in the best interest of your business. We will keep providing recomendations to you, however it would be executed only after you agree to proceed with it.

Who will look after my files in case of transactional services?One of our Virtual Assistant will be dedicated to your file throught out the processing. Virtual Assistant may vary from file to file in some cases however one file is only handled by one VA. They will always be on your side, montioring the status & updating to the required parties.

Who would follow up with the lender?We will follow up the status of the application on your behalf with the lenders under full loan processing package. We will keep an eye on the lender portal for any updates, progress & also call the lenders on regular time frames to get a more clear picture. You should note that all correspondence will be directed to your registered email and in case if we do not have the access to it, you would have to forward the email to us at the earliest to action. A better alternative is you can update our email address with the lender for future correspondance to be actioned by us directly. We would need your broker IDs, BDM contacts, lender logins for tracking the application. All this can be shared in your cloud storage or we will store it in our cloud storage space for safety & privacy.

Who would contact my customers upon milestones or for documents?We would definitely want to do this for you, however it is your call to make. Few brokers would like to keep the client communication for themselves. Either way we are happy with your decision. When communicating with your clients we will make sure to use your business name & present ourselves in a professional manner which coincides with your business values & ethics. We also suggest to keep all the client communication via CRMs so the compliance purpose can be met. Please note - We will not give any financial advise or make decisions on your behalf, we will just use technology to communicate for required docs & advise the status of the application.

How much time would You need to kick start Our engagement.As soon as you agree to proceeed (provide signed Agreement) we will dedicate to you a experienced VA who would be monitored by a Team leader. In case of dedicated services we would need a day or 2 to understand your business processes, we do some dummies and make a internal process to provide the best possible solution to you. You can start assigning the work from day 1 & generally speaking our VA understands their responsibilities within a week and thereby become a indespensable asset of your company. In case of transaction we start as soon as you send the first deal along with the signed agreement.

What about training of your staff?Our staff is well trained in Loan processing from pre-lodgement to post-settlement. We use training videos on the CRM to get experience on the softwares. If there is any other particular process that you want your VA to be expert on, you can train them with training videos if any. Other alternative is to connect via Skype, Zoom etc and use share screen option to give a live training of the process.Team leaders will make sure all the adequate training is provided to your VA & the transition process goes beneficial to you. In case of Transactional services no training is required from your end as our staff is internally trained on the loan processing from pre lodgement to post settlement

Is there minimum VAs to be hired under dedicated service?No, there is no minimum number required. You can start with 1 Full time/Part time VA & increase as per your business needs

What are your hours of operation?We generally operate from 7:30AM IST to 4:30PM IST Monday to Friday which is +4:30 Hrs (AEST); +5:30 Hrs (AEDT); +4:00 Hrs (ACST); +5:00 Hrs (ACDT); & +2:30 Hrs (AWST). States Queensland, NT & WA does not observe day light savings, so the time difference in respect to this states will be same as the Standard time.

When do I make the payment for the service & How?The payment will be due in 5 days from the date of invoice & you are entitled to make the payment on or before the due date. Invocie will be generated on the last day of month for both transactional & dedicated service. You can pay us in Australian Dollars & can transfer directly to our company account. Unfortunately at the moment we have only an Indian account to which you would have to transfer the funds. To avoid the cost of foreign transfer you could use World remitt, transfer wise, so on. We are evolving company and trying to find the best possible solutions. We will notify as soon we have a new mode. But for the moment we apologise for the inconvenicence. Your suggestion & recomendations are welcomed.
