Service is delivered per file basis where a dedicated Virtual Assistant will take up the responsibility of processing the loan to submission & track the application till post settlement, keeping you & your CRM updated at each stage.

SUBMISSION PACKAGE

  • ​This is a deal to deal package where an experienced Virtual Assistant will take the responsibility for submitting the loan application for your clients as per the loan structure & information provided by you on our form.

  • Following are some of the tasks performed under the package:
       - Indexing the documents    
       - Serviceability calculations
       - CRM data entry
       - Order valuations
       - Pricing requests
       - Compliance document preparation
       - Preparation of application
       - Application document generation & editing
       - Discharge application (Refinance)
       - FHOG forms (FHOG application)
       - Supporting documentation check
       - Lender document preparation (VOI/Lodgement forms/Checklists/Other forms)
       - Customer service
       - Submission
       - Compliance checks (Notes/Documentations/Status)

  • This package is limited up to submission of the application, tracking would have to be looked after by you.

  • Virtual Assistant will not be responsible for conducting any loan scenario checks on your behalf of you. All the loan information along with the structure details has to be provided in our form. We will do the policy analysis and start the processing of deal.

POST SUBMISSION TRACKING PACKAGE

  • This is a deal to deal package where an experienced Virtual Assistant will take responsibility for tracking/following up the loan application submitted by you & updating all the stakeholders, CRM at each stage/milestones of the loan application.

  • Following are some of the tasks performed under the package:

       - Lender follow-ups after submission

       - Documentation check & follow up with clients for additional documents

       - CRM updates at each stage of the application

       - Milestone updates to all the stakeholders

       - OFI follow-ups (if refinance)

       - Solicitor follow-ups

       - Settlement & Disbursement detail collection

       - Post settlement loan details collection

       - Post settlement CRM updates

       - Post settlement compliance checks

       - Progress payment follow-ups (Construction loans)

  • This package is limited up to tracking of the application, the submission would have to be looked after by you. 

FULL LOAN PROCESSING PACKAGE

  • This is a deal to deal package where an experienced Virtual Assistant will take complete responsibility of processing your client's requirements to a loan application, submission, tracking & post-settlement as per the loan structure & information provided by you on our form.

  • This is a full package including the following:
       - SUBMISSION PACKAGE - All services included
       - POST SUBMISSION TRACKING PACKAGE - All services included
       - OTHER SERVICES - Any other services that are required under the deal to deal packages

  • We are not limited to the above said & any other service that a broker would require is welcomed. However, any such requests would have to be reviewed & decided on a case to case basis by the Head of Operations Team.
